• How many letters can I have on a cardigan? 
  We try to accommodate all names requested however please be mindful depending on the size of the cardigan... 0-3 months may struggle with names over 7 letters. 
   

• What colours can I choose from for the embroidery?
  Within the product photos you will see embroidery colours. Please state the colour thread you would like when ordering your item, however if you would prefer for me to choose this is also fine.
   

• How long does it take for you to dispatch orders?
  Orders will be dispatched within 2 weeks.
   

•  What shipping company do you use for orders?
  We send items in the UK through Royal Mail on a first class signed for service. For orders overseas we use Parcel Force Worldwide. 
   

• Can I send a knit in for you to embroider?
  Yes, absolutely. Please choose the send in service which is available on the product pages. 
   

• Can I return an item to you? 
  Unfortunately we don't except any returns due to items being personalised. If you have any problems with your order please get in touch and I will be more than happy to help.
